Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce developer/configurator to implement solutions on Data Cloud and Agentforce, build integrations, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable solutions. Collaboration with teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- Configure and develop on **Data Cloud**, including data streams/connectors, data model, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation. Implement **Agentforce** functionalities, such as prompts/instructions, tools/actions, integrations with objects and services, and flow testing. Build integrations using **APIs, events, and ETL**, ensuring data quality through validations, deduplication, and business rules. Document developments and support deployments, including versioning, testing, incident resolution, and optimization. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. **Hard Requirements** -------------------- 2–4+ years of experience in **Salesforce** development and/or configuration. Hands-on experience with **Salesforce Data Cloud**. Knowledge of automation and integration using **Apex, Flows, APIs, authentication, and error handling**. Experience implementing assistants or agents, ideally with **Agentforce**, with focus on **data grounding** and controlled behavior. Strong practices in **Git, environments, testing, and documentation**. **Desirable** ------------- Certifications such as **Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud**. Knowledge of **marketing activation** (audiences, journeys) or **service/sales enablement**. Experience with **CI/CD** tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
