




Job Summary: A leading IT sector company is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support verification, testing, and evaluation of products, as well as provide technical support and assistance to customers and partners. A prominent **IT sector company, recognized and present in several LATAM countries**, is currently seeking an **Implementation Analyst** to strengthen its workforce. **Required Profile:** * Technician, technologist, student, or professional in technology-related fields (minimum sixth university semester). * Proficiency in office tools. * Basic knowledge of **software and hardware**. * Familiarity with various **operating systems** and basic knowledge of **networks**. * Analytical skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork capabilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support verification of proper functionality of the company’s products and services, ensuring quality and performance standards. * Conduct testing and evaluation of technological products and services. * Support ongoing evaluation of products under development. * Develop and update documentation and manuals for partners, customers, and internal staff. * Perform final product inspections prior to delivery (quality control). * Provide **pre- and post-sales** technical support for marketed products. * Manage customer complaints or requests, channeling appropriate solutions. * Provide assistance and guidance to partners and end customers for correct use of product functionalities. * Participate in corporate activities, trainings, and continuous improvement processes within the organization. * Support tasks assigned by management. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 (based on experience) + statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Occasionally, as operational needs require, Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
