The project operates on a 24x7 basis within a mixed team spanning Spain and Colombia; therefore, availability to work rotating shifts seven days per week is required. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree (Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related field) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Middleware systems support technician * Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following technologies: + Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat + Kubernetes, OpenShift + API platforms + Application and software deployment + Oracle SOA Suite + Tuxedo, MQ, Spazio, CICS * Experience in incident management and system monitoring * Strong communication skills with team members, supervisors, and clients * Good oral and written expression skills * Availability to work 24x7 shifts * B1–B2 level English proficiency is desirable * Technical certifications relevant to the position are desirable
