Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of computer equipment, networks, and systems, with documentation of activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users, both on-site and remotely 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment 3.
