Drives digital transformation and continuous improvement. **MPS Mayorista** is seeking a **Digital and Technology Coordinator** with comprehensive understanding of the digital and technological ecosystem, capable of connecting business strategy with technological execution, ensuring operational efficiency, sustainable innovation, and value generation. **Purpose of the Role** Align technology with business strategic objectives by managing and optimizing digital and technological initiatives that drive corporate transformation and growth. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of **digital and technological projects**. * **Administration of platforms**, internal systems, and technological tools. * **Cross-functional coordination** among business units, technology teams, and external vendors. * **Digital transformation** and continuous improvement. * Oversight of implementation, operation, and evolution of technological solutions. **Technical Competencies** * Web platforms, CMS, and collaborative tools. * Information systems, integrations, and APIs (functional level). * Data and reporting: digital KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis. * Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban. * Tools: Microsoft 365, Power BI, Jira, Trello, Asana. * Vendor management and collaboration with technology development teams. **Profile** * Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 **years** of experience in digital or technological project management. * Analytical ability, leadership, and effective communication skills. **Conditions** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Work location: KM2 Medellín Highway, 10 minutes from Guadua Bridge. * Work location: Bogotá, Colombia. * On-site work.
