





Functions: Verify and clearly and orderly complete the documents required for proper job performance (Temperature control, production loading order). Verify that oven temperatures and speed match the container being processed to prevent errors and material damage. Keep tools, workstations, and machinery provided for job tasks organized. Timely report any damage to tools and machinery to carry out corrective maintenance. Clear and clean the work area to hand over the station to the person taking the next shift. Collaborate with other assigned tasks as required. Receive the work shift and record updates on the production order (OP). Label boxes, trays, and pallets with the respective tags indicating the production order number after the thermal setting process (this applies to the unloading operator). Organize on pallets the orders coming out of the oven in the finished product area for inspection and approval by Quality Control (this applies to the unloading operator). Verify that the label identifying finished product boxes matches the production order and printed product (this applies to the unloading operator). Package each container responsibly and with quality into the correct boxes and in the exact quantity (this applies to the unloading operator). Load units according to the technical sheet or production order. Perform frequent inspections to prevent containers from colliding or rubbing during loading.
