Job Summary: We are seeking an expert refrigeration and air conditioning technician to install, maintain, and diagnose systems, ensuring proper operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. 2. Performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. 3. Focus on safety, diagnostics, and customer service. The candidate must possess technical knowledge in: * Air conditioning systems (split, central, industrial). * Commercial refrigeration equipment (cold rooms, display cases, chillers). * Handling of refrigerant gases. * Basic electricity and electrical control. * Reading of electrical plans and diagrams. * Welding and use of specialized tools. Main Responsibilities: * Install refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Detect refrigerant leaks. * Charge refrigerant gases. * Inspect compressors, evaporators, and condensers. * Verify system pressure, temperature, and operation. * Complete technical reports. Technical Competencies: * Use of manifold gauge sets and vacuum pumps. * Interpretation of high and low pressures. * Knowledge of refrigeration cycles. * Compliance with safety standards. * Working at heights (when applicable for external condensers). Occupational Safety and Health: The candidate must: * Wear PPE (dielectric gloves, safety goggles, helmet if applicable). * Handle refrigerant gases with caution. * Follow electrical procedures. * Apply lockout/tagout when necessary.
