The role requires an analytical and strategic focus to support decision-making through information generation, internal audits, and investigations. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Criminalistics, Comprehensive Security, or related fields. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Criminalistics, Comprehensive Security, or related fields. ### **Additional Training** Desirable knowledge in: * Risk management under ISO 31000 methodology\. * Analysis and evaluation of operational risks. * Loss prevention and control. * Asset security in logistics or retail operations. * Operational audits. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * Office productivity tools. * Preparation of executive reports. * Data and management indicator analysis. * CCTV, access control systems, and electronic security systems. Minimum 3 years of experience in: Asset security, Loss prevention and control, Risk analysis and management, Operational audits, Internal investigations, Performance indicator and reporting management, Logistics operations, retail, distribution centers, transportation, or last-mile delivery. **Responsibilities** ------------------- * Support comprehensive Asset Security Management for operations. * Conduct risk analyses using the ISO 31000 methodology\. * Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks associated with operations. * Develop and present indicators related to losses, damage, audits, findings, and incidents. * Design, manage, and update dashboards in Excel and Power BI. * Execute operational audits and security controls. * Support internal investigations related to losses, thefts, damages, or procedural non-compliance. * Analyze data from CCTV, access control systems, and databases. * Prepare executive reports and management reports for clients and operations. * Monitor action plans arising from audits and incidents. * Participate in developing and updating risk matrices. * Coordinate actions with internal departments and security vendors. * Implement preventive controls aimed at reducing losses. * Propose improvements to strengthen the security and risk control framework.
