**JOB OPENING – COLD STORAGE OPERATOR** **Location:** Bogotá, San Cristóbal Norte neighborhood (MUST RESIDE IN USAQUÉN OR SUBA, IF FURTHER MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION MEANS) **Contract type:** Work or service contract **Salary:** $2,000,000 Average **Availability:** Immediate **Main Responsibilities** * Receive raw materials ensuring traceability. * Store and rotate raw materials according to FIFO (PEPS) methodology. * Support inventory development according to the frequency defined by the department. * Monitor that storage complies with BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. * Assist in controlling and maintaining temperature parameters in cold rooms. * Provide reports on raw material movements. * Comply with BPM regulations and internal work rules. * Properly use assigned tools, protective gear, machines, and equipment. * Follow instructions from immediate supervisor based on department needs. * Provide support to the production area when required. * Promote a respectful and collaborative work environment. **Requirements** * Knowledge of meats * Experience in product rotation using FIFO (PEPS) system * Experience in cold room management and temperature control * Experience in receiving and storing goods Job type: Full-time Application questions: * What area of the city do you live in? * What means of transportation do you use? * Do you have knowledge in meat cutting stations? * Remind me your contact number and/or WhatsApp
