




A leading company in the services sector requires a professional for the Food and Beverage area with experience in inventory control and analysis, management of supplies, and operational budget control. Required Profile: Professional in fields such as logistics, administration, industrial engineering or related areas, with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles within food and beverage, restaurants, events, or retail sectors. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP desirable), warehouse control, purchase forecasting, and budget execution is required. Main Responsibilities: \* Inventory control and analysis at sales points. \* Tracking of write-offs, complimentary items, and product adjustments. \* Purchase forecasting based on event scheduling and sales. \* Creation and tracking of purchase orders and material reservations. \* Support to the operations team ensuring availability of supplies. \* Validation of recipes and product quotations. \* Assistance in monthly inventory closing. \* Document management and compliance with internal guidelines. \* Coordination with logistics, procurement, and operational supervision teams. Key Requirements: \* Minimum of 2 years of general experience in logistics or food inventory management. \* Knowledge in inventory, warehouse, and procurement management. \* Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP is desirable. \* Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and capacity for analyzing operational data.
