You will create value through smart use of data and digital tools, designing and managing customer‑centric BI solutions. Your work will support decision\-making by ensuring high‑quality data, efficient processes, and impactful visualizations. Your Rol* Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports. * Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities. * Integrate and transform data from multiple sources; manage ETL processes to ensure accuracy and availability. * Support cluster\-level data standardization, ensuring alignment across markets. * Improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide training on BI tools and data usage.
