Propose improvements to methods, processes, and plant layout A prominent company in the flexographic printing sector is currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing professional responsible for supporting the implementation of continuous improvement projects in the plant through time studies, process standardization, and operational data analysis, with the aim of identifying optimization opportunities that enhance productivity. Job Objective: Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects in the plant by conducting time and motion studies, standardizing processes, and analyzing operational data, in order to identify optimization opportunities that contribute to increased productivity, waste reduction, and strengthened operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Conduct time and motion studies in production processes 2\. Analyze productivity, quality, and waste indicators. 3\. Design and monitor KPIs. 4\. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives. 5\. Generate periodic progress, findings, and recommendations reports for management. 6\. Propose improvements to methods, processes, and plant layout. Required Profile: \- Education: Industrial Engineer (degree holder or final semesters). \- Experience: 1–2 years in continuous improvement, methods and time studies, or productivity. \- Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI), project management. \- Knowledge of Manufacturing ERP systems \- Competencies: Analytical thinking, results orientation, effective communication, proactivity, and teamwork.
