As a **Level 3** escalation expert, the engineer supports global delivery teams by driving continuous improvement across cloud networking, security, governance, and hybrid connectivity. You will join the **IT Production team,** an internationally distributed organization responsible for delivering and supporting SGS’s global network and cloud networking services. The team ensures resilient, scalable, and secure network operations worldwide and reports to the Global Head of Network Services.
