Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide first-level technical support, manage users and access rights, and administer the inventory of technological assets. Administration and control of inventory for technological assets **TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN**, 1 year of experience in technology, technical support, systems, networks, or related fields. Provide first-level technical support to end users; manage users, access rights, and permissions on technological platforms; administer and control inventory of technological assets and peripherals; resolve, classify, and escalate technological incidents and events; and support digital transformation and process automation. **Academic Level:** Technician or technologist degree in systems, telecommunications, networks, or related fields. **Base Salary:** 1\.750\.905 \+ Variable bonus for performance (280\.000) \+ Transportation allowance (249\.095) \+ Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM\- 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM \- 12:00 AM – one Saturday per month **Work Location:** Puente Aranda Workplace: On-site employment
