**PURPOSE** ------------- **Coordinate warehouse operational and inventory processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards, to contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers and to business productivity.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * **Coordinate the daily execution of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, loading, and returns activities.** * **Design, maintain, and implement operational standards for loading, unloading, and handling.** * **Assign and prioritize resources to maintain operational fluidity, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices.** * **Manage and ensure timely response to claims from Marketing Companies and Customer Service.** * **Issue alerts regarding deviations that may jeopardize traceability, food safety, or inventory availability.** * **Ensure immediate corrective actions are taken in response to events that may affect product quality or food safety.** * **Monitor expenses generated in the warehouse, validating consumptions and services, preparing periodic reports, and proposing corrective actions when deviations from budget occur.** * **Coordinate with the Transportation area on scheduling loading appointments, verifying that loading complies with defined requirements and applicable legal regulations, thereby ensuring continuity of warehouse operations.** * **Coordinate compliance with the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for assigned resources.** * **Supervise compliance with logistics service contracts defined by the OBT Manager.** * **Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse operations team, promoting training, safe work practices, and commitment.** **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS** ------------------------------ * **Training in inventory systems development and control** * **Information Systems (ERP) – SAP preferred** * **Training in materials storage techniques** * **Personnel management.** * **Warehouse management** * **Knowledge of WMS module, RFID, RF operation** * **Supply chain knowledge** * **Office tools (Advanced Excel)** * **Communication and Leadership skills** * **Knowledge of supply models: DDMRP and others** * **Operations management** * **Database management** **EDUCATION** ------------- **Professional degree in Administration or Logistics****and related fields****EXPERIENCE** --------------- * **3 years in logistics processes.** * **2 years in leadership and team development.**
