Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer, Computer Science Engineer, or Electronics Engineer with experience to lead maintenance and new installation projects, preferably in CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection, while supervising and coordinating teams. Personnel is required to lead new projects for the Central Region, involving similar maintenance and new installation projects, preferably in CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection. Candidates must have experience in supervision and coordination. Additional competencies: Leadership, stress tolerance, results orientation, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and initiative. Project Management specialization is desirable. Conditions: Work location: Bogotá and projects assigned to the Regional office.
