Candidates must have completed high school and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience. Ideal candidates demonstrate teamwork skills, concentration, responsibility, desire for job stability, and schedule availability. Candidates must reside in Madrid, Funza, Facatativá, or Mosquera. Responsibilities: Loading and unloading, workplace cleaning, product packaging, receipt and handling of raw materials, machine operation, inventory management, among others. Salary: $1,750,905 + Statutory Benefits + 50% Legal Transportation Allowance + Excellence Bonus of $105,000. Payment Frequency: Biweekly. Schedule: Rotating shifts (D-D) with one compensatory day per week (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM).
