




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Trainer to lead commercial training strategies, strengthening sales skills, product knowledge, and personnel development at the point of sale. Provide coaching and mentorship to junior trainers and new team members. A leading company in the technology sector is looking for a Senior Trainer / Training Specialist to lead and execute commercial training strategies focused on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and personnel development at the point of sale. Main Responsibilities: Visit points of sale and ensure proper training of target personnel, guaranteeing compliance with standards set by the Training Manager. Execute and ensure correct implementation of guidelines from the Training and Retail departments. Design and implement advanced training programs aligned with business needs and organizational objectives. Apply innovative teaching methodologies and learning tools to optimize training effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs using performance indicators and feedback from the sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to junior trainers and new team members. Coordinate internal and external training sessions for various commercial channels where the brand is present. Develop and update educational materials, manuals, and supporting resources for commercial and product training. Manage learning technology platforms and tools to facilitate tracking and development of training programs. Conduct training needs analyses and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in commercial performance. Coordinate and lead organization-wide training projects. Ensure adherence to the assigned work plan, including point-of-sale visits and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Deliver in-store commercial support to contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets. Maintain excellent personal presentation and comply with the corporate dress code. Be proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on continuous process and outcome optimization. Collaborate with strategic departments and educational organizations to strengthen training and development programs.
