Job stability and positive organizational climate Location: **Bogotá** We are hiring! **Logistics Assistant – Inventory Experience** We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant with focus and experience in inventory management**, responsible for ensuring daily control, accuracy, and traceability of goods within the warehouse, supporting logistics processes and guaranteeing proper flow of product inflows and outflows. If you are an organized, analytical, and responsible individual, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct daily physical and system-based inventory counts of stored goods. * Verify and reconcile physical quantities versus system records. * Record and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, or inconsistencies. * Continuously monitor and update warehouse inventory levels. * Support goods receipt by verifying quantities, references, and product condition. * Register inventory inflows and outflows according to established procedures. * Classify, organize, and locate products based on logistical criteria (e.g., rotation, references). * Assist in order picking and dispatch as required. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper signage in the storage area. * Comply with internal control and goods security procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or technological studies in logistics/inventory management * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory roles (preferably in warehouses or the automotive parts sector) * INTERMEDIATE knowledge of inventory control (Excel, databases, cycle counting, and inflow/outflow control) * Intermediate proficiency with digital tools or inventory management systems * Ability to handle physical workload * Ability to follow procedures and report information accurately **Key Competencies** * High attention to detail * Organization and control * Responsibility and operational discipline * Proactivity and reporting capability * Teamwork * Adherence to deadlines and procedures **What We Offer** * Stable and collaborative work environment * Daily snack * Learning and development opportunities in the logistics field * Job stability and positive organizational climate Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
