Position Summary: Selection assistant with experience in recruitment processes, interviews, and support activities in human resources. Key Highlights: 1. A reputable company is seeking a Selection Assistant — Technician in Human Resource Management or a Professional in Psychology or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel selection processes (recruitment, interviews, employment references, etc.). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Important: Must reside in Cota, Chía, Funza, Madrid, Mosquera, Subachoque, Tenjo, La Punta, Engativá, Suba, or surrounding areas. Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word). Fundamental knowledge of personnel selection processes, administration of psychometric tests, and coordination of activities within the human resources department. Main Responsibilities: Support in selection processes: Recruitment, interviews, and assessments for direct and temporary staff. Employment references and disciplinary records: Verification of candidate information and background. Coordination of polygraph examinations and management of SENA apprenticeships and professional internships. Document management: Secure and confidential filing of resumes and other personnel-related documents. Uniform management: Coordination with suppliers and control of uniform and personal protective equipment distribution. Absence tracking and follow-up with EPS/ARL. Support in wellness and training activities. Management of supplies (cafeteria, cleaning, stationery, etc.) and other related administrative procedures.
