A humane, respectful, and wellbeing-oriented work environment. **JOIN OUR TEAM AT DAAR HOME HEALTHCARE** At **DAAR HOME HEALTHCARE**, we are looking for highly committed **Speech-Language Pathologists**, with a service-oriented vocation and a comprehensive clinical approach, to join our warm and professional team, interested in providing home healthcare **in Bogotá’s northern zone.** We welcome both recently graduated professionals and those nearing graduation, who wish to grow professionally and make a real impact on their patients’ quality of life. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments to identify therapeutic needs. * Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans. * Deliver home-based care with a humanistic, ethical, and evidence-based approach. * Apply specialized techniques in areas such as swallowing, speech, language, and voice. * Accurately and promptly document each patient’s clinical progress. * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other healthcare professionals to promote holistic care. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or nearing completion with certifiable clinical practice). * Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation processes (relevant clinical practice accepted). * **Advanced knowledge and experience in swallowing management (dysphagia).** * Orofacial myofunctional therapy expertise with pediatric and adult populations. * **Certification in techniques such as electrostimulation, facial tapping, and other complementary therapeutic tools.** * Submission of **verifiable supporting documents and certificates** for courses, diplomas, or additional training. * Ability to adapt interventions according to each patient’s specific needs. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork. * Availability for home-based care during flexible hours. * Commitment to quality standards, biosafety, and professional ethics. **WE OFFER** * Service provision contract, with payment per session delivered. * Session fee \+ transportation allowance included. * Flexible scheduling to manage your agenda. * Mentoring, support, and career growth within the organization. * Opportunities for continuous professional development and strengthening. * A humane, respectful, and wellbeing-oriented work environment. * The opportunity to positively impact the life of each patient and their family. **HOW TO APPLY?** Send us your updated resume and academic credentials. **Grow alongside a team that teaches, inspires, and empowers you to DAAR your best!** Job Type: Freelance Work Location: On-site employment
