Technical Project Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead and supervise fieldwork for Fire Protection Systems, with strong attention to detail and resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of materials and tools in projects. 2. Leadership and fieldwork supervision. 3. Economic resource management for construction project execution. A Technical Specialist, Technologist, or final-semester student in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Electronic, or Hydraulic Engineering is required for the Projects Department, with at least 1 year of experience and knowledge of installation, maintenance, and supervision of Fire Protection Systems projects. The selected candidate will serve as Project Supervisor, responsible for supervising and controlling assigned materials and tools for project execution, coordinating logistics for personnel transportation, meals, and accommodation, leading and supervising fieldwork, documenting project processes, and managing economic resources allocated for construction project execution. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, knowledge of conversions, quantities, and piping systems, and preferably experience with AutoCAD, Ares, and DWG. Working Conditions: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. * Availability to work some Saturdays and travel outside the city. * Salary: Includes statutory benefits and performance-based bonuses. * Direct fixed-term employment contract with the company for 3 months, extendable based on performance. * Monthly payments.
