What will you do? Laptop recovery and/or repair, general computer equipment setup and maintenance. Operating system and application installation and configuration. General technical support to users. What are we looking for? Graduate Technologist or Engineer (not Technician) in Systems, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support. Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance. Experience in network configuration and backup tools. Proactive, organized profile with service orientation. What do we offer? Salary: $2\.400\.000 \+ transportation allowance. Schedule Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
