Opportunity for professional development in a key financial management role. We are looking for a **Payment and Collections Analyst** with solid experience in payment processes. This person will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of financial obligations, the accurate recording of banking transactions, and control over process movements, guaranteeing resource availability and compliance with internal procedures and financial institutions' requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily verification of bank balances and reporting of movements to accounts receivable * Managing inter-account transfers to ensure liquidity * Generating bank statements and information for reconciliations * Validating documents and authorizations for payment execution * Executing domestic and international payments * Managing payroll disbursement and advances * Purchasing foreign currency for employees' overseas travel * Reviewing and handling assigned tasks in the Workflow module of the Sevenet tool * Recording all banking transactions in SAP * Ensuring compliance with internal processes and approval workflows * Managing communication and updating information with financial institutions * Participating in meetings with banks regarding credit limits and updates * Preparing bank communications and forms * Coordinating banking procedures (deposits, letters, checks) * Responding to requests from internal and external clients * Managing digital archives **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 4 years of general work experience * At least 2 years of specific experience in payment, collections, and corporate banking portal management **Skills and Competencies** * ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred) * Proficiency in corporate banking portals * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Work organization and planning * High level of responsibility and attention to detail **Benefits** * Commuter Support Program * Snack vending machine * Hybrid work arrangement * Other corporate benefits Work Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Cundinamarca
