Configuration and maintenance of the entire first-mile and last-mile network 2\. Benchmarking offers across different retailers 3\. Continuous identification and updating of status discrepancies between logistics operators and corporate systems 4\. Analysis of the performance of various logistics operators to identify opportunities to adjust service commitments. 5\.
