Job Description Summary Job Description* Maintain up-to-date technical and clinical knowledge of the DS portfolio – Molecular Biology (BD MAX and Viper), including applications, scientific literature, and market trends, positioning oneself as a trusted reference for healthcare professionals. * Drive clinical demand generation in public and private hospitals through continuous education, strategic portfolio positioning, and support to clinical and commercial teams. * Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and Key Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely entry of opportunities into Salesforce (SFDC), enabling efficient and traceable commercial management. * Actively participate in the planning and execution of commercial strategies for key accounts, contributing to opportunity management (BDWoS), tactical activities, and customer loyalty programs. * Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical training to internal and external customers, including workshops, on-site trainings, educational talks, and product demonstrations. * Accompany sales teams and distributors in the field, providing technical coaching, strengthening opportunity closure, and ensuring high-quality post-sales support. * Collaborate with local distributors to align clinical strategies, monitor opportunities, evaluate performance, and ensure proper execution of the commercial plan. * Contribute clinical arguments during tender processes and framework agreements, reinforcing BD’s positioning with public and private institutions. * Participate in clinical consulting services and technology implementation initiatives, identifying new applications, opportunities in adjacent markets, and actions to expand portfolio penetration. * Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and access barriers, proposing technical solutions and integrated offerings (Micro\-Mol) to strengthen BD’s value proposition for each account. Record all activities, trainings, and contacts in tools such as Salesforce, ensuring traceability, alignment with commercial and clinical teams, and results tracking.
