**We are seeking infrastructure operators to join the Operations team for the Project in Colombia. The professional will execute Level 1 operations on the client’s production environment, including executing commands on the batch job schedule, operational monitoring, opening and tracking tickets, and handling predefined incidents and service requests as outlined in production operational procedures. This role operates on rotating 24×7 shifts.**
**Responsibilities**
* Execute operational commands on the batch job schedule (Release, Rerun, Hold, Force Approve, Kill) based on predefined procedures or incident handovers.
* Redefine the daily batch job schedule (and backup jobs) according to scheduled and unscheduled occurrences in the production environment.
* Perform and supervise file transfer reception and transmission between partners and clients.
* Open, update, and track tickets in ServiceNow Aurora for incidents, service requests, and operational events.
* Resolve incidents and service requests related to the production environment, as previously defined in production operational procedures.
* Implement approved changes to the batch schedule via tasks directed by the Job Scheduling team, in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
* Open and track technical tickets with external vendors when required by operational procedures.
* Update backup calendars: add or exclude servers per instructions from the technical team.
* Collect environmental metrics and indicators (availability, performance, utilization) and report monthly.
* Document operational activities performed during the shift in the corresponding logs.
**Requirements**
* 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, NOC, or Operations Center roles.
* Basic knowledge of command execution in batch environments: Control\-M, TWS, or equivalents.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and tracking: ServiceNow or others.
* Basic understanding of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
* Ability to follow documented operational procedures accurately and with discipline.
* Basic technical English for reading operational documentation.
**Conditions**
* On-site mode — Colombia.
* 24×7 coverage with rotating shifts for production schedule operations.
* Colombian public holidays are working days for this role due to the 24×7 shift schedule.
