Role Mission: Ensure operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional experience that brings Diageo’s purpose to life: celebrating life every day, everywhere. Key Responsibilities: * Support operational employee lifecycle and temporary processes (payroll processing, hiring, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding). * Act as the focal point for employee requests. * Provide administrative and reporting information. * Create and reconcile billing processes with HR vendors. * Optimize and simplify HR processes. * Support all logistics for HR activities (employee engagement). * Responsible for HR data metrics. Relationships: * Collaborations: Employees, HRBPs, Local HR, First Point. * Interdependencies: Policy Providers (Health, Dental, Vehicle, Funeral, Life), Payroll Provider (Dayforce/ITOS), Social Security Entities (EPS, Pension, Compensation Fund, ARL), Michel Page, COPNIA, UGPP. Suggested Competencies: * Proven experience across various HR sub-functions (Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Compensation). * University graduate. * Knowledge of various HR areas (Payroll and Labor Relations). * Understanding of billing and reconciliation processes. * Advanced Excel. * Fluent in English. * Analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Resilience. * Effective communication. * Stakeholder management.
