




**RecLatam** is hiring **on behalf of a U.S** fast\-growing organization looking for a highly skilled **Content Strategist \& Social Media Specialist** to support their digital presence, strengthen brand positioning, and drive consistent engagement across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and proactive, with strong experience in content strategy, social media management, and **digital communications.** **Responsibilities** **Content Strategy \& Planning** * Develop and manage a **monthly content calendar**, including creative direction and full copywriting. * Collaborate with MH for content review and final approval. * Produce **thought\-leadership content** for LinkedIn. **Social Media Management** * Post **23 weekly updates** on the LinkedIn Business Page. * Repurpose and post LinkedIn content from MHs personal account onto the company's **Instagram Business Account**. * Produce **strategic nurture content** designed to build trust and long\-term engagement. **Video Production \& Editing** * Join **periodic 30\-minute calls** to record short\-form video content. * Edit video content for use across LinkedIn and Instagram (Business \& Personal Pages). **Design \& Brand Support** * Create **ad hoc branded materials** such as proposals, handouts, or other visual assets as needed. **Analytics \& Reporting** * Provide **basic monthly performance reports**, including engagement rates, impressions, and click\-through metrics. **Email \& CRM Support** * Create and distribute the companys **email newsletter**. * Maintain and update the internal contacts database using **Monday.com or Outlook**. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Strong background in content strategy, copywriting, and social media management. * Experience creating LinkedIn content, thought leadership material, and short\-form videos. * Skilled in basic design and video editing tools. * Highly organized with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
