Implement quality controls and ensure construction standards At Acema Ingeniería, we are currently seeking a **Resident Civil Engineer \- Aguachica, César.** Join our team! **Requirements:** * Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Be a graduate, preferably with 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. * Possess a valid professional license. **Knowledge:** Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications, construction supervision, activity scheduling and tracking, budget and quantity surveying, basic surveying, quality control, knowledge of construction regulations, proficiency in **AutoCAD** and office software. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily construction progress, ensuring compliance with established schedules and technical specifications. * Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing their use to guarantee project continuity. * Implement quality controls across all construction phases, conducting necessary inspections and tests to ensure compliance with standards. * Coordinate and supervise civil works activities on site. * Validate detailed engineering documentation for field execution. * Prepare procedural reports and construction progress reports. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all project stakeholders. * Maintain constant communication with project management and other departments, reporting on progress, issues, and potential solutions. * Perform duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
