The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and current technical specifications from the National Road Institute (INVIAS), including both the 2013 and 2022 versions, is essential.
