Mission: To provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Management area, contributing to the proper execution of human talent, welfare, recruitment, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and document management processes, ensuring order, confidentiality, and compliance with internal guidelines. Responsibilities: * Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes for employees, facilitating scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities. * Manage and maintain up-to-date employee resumes, databases, and physical and digital personnel files, ensuring confidential handling of information. * Provide administrative support for occupational welfare programs, internal communications, and management of apprentices and interns. * Support the registration and tracking of personnel updates and social security-related processes, in coordination with the responsible department. * Support the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department and audit processes through document control, recordkeeping, and basic area indicators.
