Academic Qualifications: Technician or Technologist in Software Development or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain technological solutions that optimize information management and improve patient care. * Provide technical support and programming to ensure optimal operation of the clinic’s computer systems. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and devices. * Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access and protect data confidentiality. Required Knowledge: * Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), including configuration, user administration, and basic troubleshooting. * Basic knowledge of computer networks: topologies, protocols (TCP/IP), and network device configuration. * Basic understanding of hardware components (processors, memory, hard drives) and their functionality. * Teamwork, assertive communication, responsibility, and professional appearance. Salary: Average COP 2,500,000 – 3,000,000 + statutory benefits.
