What are we looking for? * University degree in administrative, financial, commercial, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in roles such as Commercial Director, Commercial Manager, Commercial Head, or similar—preferably in the financial sector. * Experience leading, developing, and empowering commercial teams. * Knowledge and experience in marketing intangible products, especially **credit cards, insurance, and payroll loans**. * Ability to design and implement commercial strategies focused on achieving objectives. * Skill in interpreting KPIs, analyzing markets, and making data-driven decisions. * CRM tool proficiency is desirable. * Residence in Sincelejo or willingness to relocate.
