We are currently looking for an **Operations Technician** in Sibaté. Your main responsibilities will include: Execute various operation and maintenance tasks at the plants, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Support and carry out cryogenic tanker loading operations. Verify and monitor the condition of mechanical and electrical components in motors, pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, and other equipment to promptly correct any failures and ensure plant availability. Perform routine inspections according to preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Carry out calibration of quality analysis equipment according to maintenance plans. Verify the proper functioning of process control equipment. Conduct daily product inventory, production reconciliation, energy efficiency calculations, and manage product dispatch records. Generate alerts and create corrective maintenance work orders in SAP. Main requirements: Industrial Technical or Technologist degree 3 years of experience in the industrial field Knowledge of process variable control, trend analysis, and operation of compressors, pumps, and refrigeration systems.
