We are seeking a **Senior Oracle Database Administrator** to manage and optimize our enterprise database environments, focusing on Oracle and MySQL platforms. You will support database availability, security, performance, automate processes, and contribute to cloud migration initiatives. Join our team to advance your career while ensuring robust database systems for our clients. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Administer and support Oracle and MySQL databases across multiple platforms including z/OS, Windows, Linux, AIX, and ESX * Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and routine database maintenance * Establish and enforce backup, recovery, redo log, and data retention standards * Review database security posture and recommend strategies to maintain a secure environment * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance and query\-related issues * Evaluate and recommend database sizing, capacity planning, and resource optimization approaches * Assist in designing and implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions * Recommend and implement automation for database tasks to enhance operational efficiency * Assess methodologies and support migration of on\-premises databases to Azure SQL * Support initiatives for database cost optimization * Participate actively in production incident resolution and outage management * Review database designs and propose improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance **Requirements** * Strong hands\-on experience in Oracle Database Administration with 3\+ years of relevant experience * Working experience with MySQL database management * Solid understanding of OLTP systems, performance tuning, and indexing techniques * Proven experience troubleshooting complex database issues * Experience supporting High Availability and Disaster Recovery environments * Adaptability to evolving client and business requirements * Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities * Self\-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision * Effective communication skills and a collaborative team\-oriented mindset * Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership in managing complex tasks * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) **Nice to have** * Experience with Azure SQL and cloud\-based database platforms * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services * Knowledge of MongoDB database systems **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
