Coordination of occupational safety and well-being programs Head of Human Resources Department Responsibilities: \-Plan, direct, and coordinate activities and operations related to human talent, labor relations, policies, programs, procedures, and practices of a company, department, or organization in accordance with organizational regulations and policies. \-Plan, develop, and implement recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, promotion, transfer, and dismissal procedures, policies, and processes. \-Coordinate, supervise, and verify compliance with the internal work regulations and health, well-being, safety, and related personnel programs in accordance with policies and regulations. \-Implement job description manuals, structure staffing plans, and training and development programs. \-Plan, direct, and supervise staff training, coaching, scheduling, performance evaluation, selection, and hiring in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
