We seek a **Junior Accounting Analyst** with attention to detail and enthusiasm to contribute to the team. **Location:** North Point, Bogotá **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Salary:** $2,900,000 + food allowance ($170,000 approx.) **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract Position Purpose Support accounting management through recording, control, and analysis of financial information, ensuring proper execution of accounting processes and compliance with the company’s obligations. Education Technical or technological degree; final-semester student; preferably a graduate in Public Accounting. Training * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency preferred. * Familiarity with SIIGO or Dynamics AX preferred. * Tax knowledge preferred. * Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting processes such as accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll reconciliations, account analysis, external information reporting, inventory, costs, payroll calculation, and social security. Responsibilities * Record invoices, expense reports, and accounting entries. * Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations. * Manage and monitor the accounts payable process. * Conduct payroll reconciliations and validate associated records. * Support fixed asset control and recording. * Perform inventory and cost reconciliations. * Analyze accounting accounts to ensure reliability of financial information.
