




**General Description and Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Commercial Advisor responsible for follow-up and sales of new services, adding value to new customers entering through digital channels, such as those registering on our landing page or dashboard. Attend to and connect with companies according to defined criteria, with the central objective being customer onboarding and management for production deployment; likewise, qualify leads to assess their potential and assign them accordingly to different members of the commercial team, as per established definitions and in the shortest possible time. **Responsibilities:** * Plan priority activities assigned by the Commercial Director / Leader. * Provide support to the commercial team when necessary. * Coordinate activities to achieve set goals. * Respond to any requests from management or direct supervisor. * Analyze and execute actions to ensure operational security. * Address customer requirements to foster loyalty and retention. **Desirable:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in consultative sales. * Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot. * Work experience in payment gateways and/or the Fintech industry. * Generation of consolidated reports on conducted activities. * Proficiency in creating reports using office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Education:** * Technical or technological degree. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Assertive communication with external and internal customers. * Analytical ability when qualifying leads. * Active listening with external and internal customers. * Handling objections. * Teamwork. * Empathy. * Customer loyalty and retention. * Negotiation skills. * Persuasiveness. **Salary Range**: $1\.578\.000 \+ Commissions. **City:** Medellín **Benefits** Hybrid work model.
