On-Site Micro-IT Support Coordinator **** Why will we choose you? Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and coordinate the assigned on-site technical team. * Coordinate case assignments among team members. * Provide support to VIP users. * Recruit, train, and support representatives and technicians. * Monitor the case backlog (SLAs). * Ensure maintenance of customer service standards. * Contribute to improving customer service by actively responding to inquiries and managing complaints. * Establish best practices across the entire technical support process. * Track projects to identify areas for improvement. * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team productivity. * Escalate cases among different service providers. * Perform IT maintenance and resolve various incidents, both hardware and software. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven work experience as an IT team supervisor. * Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in micro-IT. * Strong technical expertise with the ability to provide instructions to non-technical audiences. * Customer-service-oriented profile with a solution-driven attitude. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Team management skills. * ITIL 4 certification preferred.
