We are looking for: **SISO Coordinator** Coverage Area: **Ricaurte – Girardot – Fusagasugá – Melgar (Cundinamarca)** Requirement: **Residence in one of the municipalities within the coverage area** Academic Qualifications Technical or Technological degree in Occupational Safety and Health, with a valid SST license. Certified training course in safe work at heights (Coordinator or Evaluator level), with current certification and up-to-date refresher training. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an SISO Coordinator or Inspector in projects involving work at heights, preferably in descent/rappel operations. Main Responsibilities 1\. Conduct and document daily safety trainings (pre-operational talks, inductions, and refresher trainings for work at heights). 2\. Verify and document safe conditions prior to initiating descent operations, including anchors, lifelines, and access systems. 3\. Inspect the condition and correct use of PPE, recording anomalies and retired items. 4\. Provide general operational support on site, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards. 5\. Monitor contractual execution performance vis-à-vis the client, supporting report generation and evidence collection. 6\. Promptly report incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the HSEQ department. Competencies Field leadership, attention to detail, management of documentary records, effective communication with work crews and clients, ability to perform under pressure in field conditions.
