Responsibilities: \-Prepare raw materials for processing, and fix and assemble machine components prior to commencing work using mechanical or hand tools. \-Operate and monitor machines and tools to join and adapt materials into metal parts or other materials according to technical requirements. \-Perform first-level maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, basic adjustments, and authorized accessory replacement for machines and tools. \-Adjust and regulate various types of machines and tools for use in mass production of metal parts. \-Use personal protective equipment and apply environmental, industrial safety, and occupational health standards. \-Observe machine operation to detect defects in workpieces or in the machines/tools themselves, and report findings to the supervisor. \-Inspect the quality of manufactured products visually or by using templates and instruments to identify conformities and non-conformities according to technical specifications. \-Perform related duties.
