




Job Summary: We are seeking a butcher with a technical degree in meat processing to perform deboning, cutting, portioning, and customer consultation, ensuring hygiene and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform deboning, cutting, and portioning of meats to high quality standards. 2. Advise customers on meat cuts and preservation of meat products. 3. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. Position: Butcher — Complementary qualification to Technical Degree in Meat Processing Butcher — Technical Degree in Meat Processing Area Production / Operators / Manufacturing Job Duties: * Perform deboning, cutting, portioning, and preparation of various types of meat according to established quality standards. * Serve and advise customers on meat cuts, characteristics, and recommendations for consumption and preservation of meat products. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practice regulations. * Verify product quality, freshness, and proper stock rotation in display and storage areas. * Properly handle cutting tools and equipment, ensuring their cleanliness and maintenance. * Manage inventory, goods receipt, and storage in cold rooms or designated preservation areas. * Maintain a clean, organized, and optimally safe workplace. * Assist in activities related to packaging, labeling, and display of meat products. * Adhere to internal company procedures and occupational health and safety regulations.
