Minimizes contractual and co-responsibility risks. **Join South America’s Best Airport!** El Dorado is seeking a proactive individual for its Procurement and Supply area to fill the position of: **Purchasing Professional** This person will contribute to our team by: Managing procurement and purchasing activities for acquiring the goods and services required by OPAIN S.A. to meet operational needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with the Concession Agreement with the Civil Aviation Authority. Additional responsibilities include: * Consolidating, refining, and classifying information contained in the Annual Procurement Plan, previously cross-checked against the approved budget for each fiscal year. * Developing negotiation strategies that generate value for the company in terms of achieving optimal cost, delivery time, quality, and service conditions. * Establishing negotiation terms for proposals. * Timely preparation of payment orders for electricity utility invoices assigned to Opain. * Defining commercial criteria for drafting tender documents and evaluation memoranda. * Minimizing contractual and/or co-responsibility risks, as well as economic impacts. **EDUCATION:** * University degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum **three (3) years in procurement areas**, with knowledge of negotiation, budgetary analysis, tender document preparation, payment management, and contractual risk control. **At OPAIN, we promote and value diversity, inclusion, and the principle of equal opportunity in the workplace!**
