We have presence across four continents and our headquarters are in Oslo, Norway. **Main purpose of position** We are currently seeking a Site Project Planner in Girardot, Colombia, to join our global team, working together towards our vision: *Improving our future*. As our Senior Planner Lead, you will assist in all aspects related to planning, controlling, and tracking on-site activities — Type of contract **fixed-term up to 3 years.** **Main purpose of position*** Assist the Senior Project Planner in compiling the Project Master General Schedule (timeline), integrating the standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and preparing the baseline. * Review Contractor Planning Packages: Baseline, Schedule Basis Memorandum, Labor and Equipment Histograms, and S-Curve. * Monitor the submission of contractor reports (according to contractual requirements) verifying input quality. * Prepare the Daily Construction Report, both graphical and numerical, based on work executed and equipment delivered on site, following instructions from the Senior Project Planner. * Coordinate multiple contractor schedules and incorporate collected information into the Project Master General Schedule, including weekly/biweekly/monthly histogram analysis. * Prepare/update the construction Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard. * Understand contractual matters, identify critical milestones and notifications. * Track and monitor all site activities daily and highlight any deviations. * Communicate upcoming weekly activities to team members and issue site forecast reports as needed. * Analyze gaps between planned and actual progress; highlight areas of concern requiring actions and recovery plans. **Qualifications and competencies** * Formal Technical Degree (Engineering, Construction, Project Management). * More than 3 years of experience in project planning and control within a construction organization. * English language proficiency is desired. * Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera, MS Projects, MS Office). * Ability to perform detailed breakdowns of construction work activities in terms of installation rates, durations, and labor. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Personal characteristics** It is part of every employee's responsibility to contribute to Scatec’s vision: *Improving our future* and act in line with our corporate values:* **Predictable:** demonstrates clear communication and listening skills, shares information openly and honestly. * **Results-oriented:** demonstrates determination, proactiveness, ability to prioritize, and work independently. * **Change agent:** demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, ability to question, learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt. * **Teamwork:** demonstrates collaboration, shares responsibilities, knows how to commit, and maintains a positive “can-do” attitude. **What we offer** Scatec is an exciting, innovative, and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
