Description

You will be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of Google and Meta Ads, while simultaneously serving as the "bridge" between performance data and the design team. Instead of just reporting that an ad failed, you will analyze *why* it failed and use AI\-assisted tools to brief the design team on exactly what to build next. **Key Responsibilities1\. Paid Media Management (Technical)** * **Full\-Funnel Execution:** Build, launch, and manage high\-scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (Advantage\+, Manual). * **Optimization:** Perform daily bid adjustments, budget allocations, and keyword management to maintain target CPA/ROAS. * **Technical Tracking:** Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel/API. * **Audience Strategy:** Develop sophisticated remarketing loops and lookalike audiences to maximize customer lifetime value. **2\. Creative Performance \& Briefing (Strategic)** * **The "Feedback Loop":** Weekly analysis of creative performance, specifically looking at Hook Rates, Hold Rates, and CTR. * **AI\-Driven Briefing:** Use internal AI prompts to translate performance "wins" into actionable briefs for the design team. * **Copywriting:** Craft compelling, high\-converting ad copy (headlines, primary text, and captions) tailored to specific audience personas. * **Creative Quality Control:** Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure all visual assets align with the brand’s voice and the strategic objective before they go live. **3\. Reporting \& Analysis** * **Insights over Data:** Deliver weekly and monthly reports that don't just show numbers, but tell a story of what happened and what the next steps are. * **Competitor Intelligence:** Regularly audit competitor creative and bidding strategies to stay ahead of market trends. **Required Qualifications** * **Experience:** 3\+ years managing at least $10k\+ in monthly ad spend across Google and Meta. * **Analytical Mindset:** Expert\-level understanding of Google Analytics and platform\-specific reporting tools. * **Creative Intuition:** A proven ability to identify *why* a visual or video performed well and how to iterate on that success. * **AI Literacy:** Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline the briefing and copywriting process. * **Communication:** FLUENT SPOKEN and WRITTEN ENGLISH.
