We attach our job offer: **STORE MANAGER ZIPAQUIRA** * Direct and indefinite employment contract with the company * Salary from $1,700,000 to $2,200,000 plus store-wide commissions * Transportation allowance and all statutory benefits * Additional company benefits * Schedule: rotating shifts, Sunday to Sunday with compensatory day off * Open positions Requirements: * Technical or Technologist degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or Administrative Management * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role, specifically in clothing retail (e.g., Zara, H&M, Diesel, Falabella, Koaj, Forever 21, Seven-Seven, among others) * We are looking for a highly active, dynamic, proactive person with excellent verbal fluency, assertive communication skills, high learning capacity, results-oriented, with strong commitment, teamwork ability and leadership. Outstanding sales skills, knowledge of customer service and service protocols.
