At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Associate – Support Analyst to ensure high-quality on-site support service, delivering effective solutions to users’ technical needs and guaranteeing an exceptional experience.### **What a typical day in this role looks like:** * Delivering quality service by providing timely and effective solutions to user requests. * Leading and resolving incidents and requirements from various operational areas. * Escalating complex situations promptly via defined channels. * Addressing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT components. * Responding to user inquiries, performing diagnostics, and offering appropriate technical solutions.
