Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or administrative/engineering disciplines with an OSH specialization to lead continuous improvement and legal compliance in safety, investigate incidents, and foster a safety culture. Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?** ***Selection Requirements*** ***Education:*** Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health or in administrative/engineering fields with an OSH specialization. ***Areas of Experience:*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Safety and Health. * Analysis and supervision of industrial safety procedures. ***Mandatory Requirements*** * Heights Coordinator Training Course. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health License. ***Work Location:*** Girardot ***Schedule:*** Availability to work on Saturdays as well. **Purpose of the Position and Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation of continuous improvement processes from the safety area. * Ensure 100% compliance with legal requirements of the OSH Management System and road safety across all logistics operations. * Lead the registration, investigation, closure, and implementation of preventive and corrective actions for 100% of no-injury incidents arising from logistics operations. * Lead the training and deployment of reporting and management campaigns for unsafe acts and/or conditions in operations. * Ensure the closure of investigations into incidents and accidents related to industrial safety. * Engage all operational personnel—both internal and third-party—in compliance with safety, road safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies. ***External Qualifications:*** Time availability, negotiation skills, honesty, responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills.
