CYBERSECURITY SENIOR ENGINEER 4 days ago Description Provide tactical insight to improve operational controls in Networking and deliver technical recommendations regarding service delivery.* Ensure services are delivered within established timeframes. * Maintain effective communication and working relationships, and contribute constructively to both internal teams and customer teams. * Generate necessary reports, documentation, and supporting materials for service management reporting to the team lead. * Proactively support incident response in accordance with established policies and procedures, particularly for incidents classified by the Customer as critical or high-priority. * Leverage expertise to address customer security advisory requests and provide security recommendations arising during service delivery. * Provide technical advisory support for new solution implementation projects. * Respond promptly to incidents in critical environments Requirements Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields, verified via copy of diploma or official graduation certificate. Focus on perimeter protection technologies and administration and support of next-generation firewalls (NGFW): Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower; knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms is desirable.* Implementation of IPS/IDS policies. * Three (3) to five (5) years of specific experience focused on administration, support, and operation of information security controls in complex environments, oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
